Yes, this is the purpose of our Ultra offering. You get access to our other metros via multiple VLANs, this is also called Remote Peering.
We support 10G-LR, 100G-LR4, 100G-LR1, and 400G-LR4. All other optics are discontinued in favor of our standardization. In larger custom-tailored projects we are able to be flexible.
We currently accept the most common payment method which is SEPA Bank Transfer. On special occasions we can offer different payment methods depending on the contract and customer location. We always invoice in EURO.
Bank transfers are automatically processed by our automation, this means you can send a monthly payment automatically after invoice date, which will be processed by us.
The customer is always responsible for the cross-connect on their side, this has become the standard in networking.
This depends on your MRC and port size, but usually we charge quarterly (per three months). On higher MRC we offer monthly payments.
While we are present in all major data centers within a metro, there might be a case that we are not present in a mutual location. Please reach out to our support, so we can assist you.
All pricing on the website is based on a 24-month contract term, we do, however offer a 12-month contract for a slightly higher price.
